ABOUT THE TEAM
Now that an American professional cyclist sponsored
by an American company has won the Tour de France seven times, there
has been an explosion of interest in the sport of cycling. The American
public has gained an appreciation for cycling as both an exciting
sport and a beneficial form of exercise. Cycling is a cornerstone
of a healthy lifestyle with reduced stress, all without the risk
of injury that is common in endurance sports such as running. Companies
like Morgan Stanley, 24 Hour Fitness and Specialized have found
that cycling's message of strength, stamina and courage is a highly
effective marketing tool for the products and services that they
represent.
